I Created a Page on FaceBook for my Blog!

Hello everyone!  Thank you for stopping by...it's always nice to have you visit.  Well, I decided to create a FaceBook page about my blog.  I thought it would be a fun way of sharing cards and projects, tutorials and such with other interested individuals.

But I could use a little help.  It's brand new and I'm the only one that has liked it so far LOL!  I don't have the courage to share it with everybody on FB, so I thought I would share it here first!

LOTV Challenge 101 Bring on the Music

Growing up I played the flute.  Just like so many other children, I played it from sixth grade all the way through High School.  My childhood was difficult and we didn't have much money, but Mom working alone and raising 5 kids, decided that she wanted me to have that opportunity. 

She leased the instrument at $19.00 a month.  By the time it was said and done we probably paid for it 3 times over.  I was never fantastic, but I enjoyed my time with the band and the friendships that I made.

Thanks Mom, you always seemed to come through for us; even in the most difficult of situations.

TriShutterCard Tutorial

Good morning everyone! 

Look at this wonderful tutorial by Split Coast Stampers.  The card is adorable.  The "stitching" effect is made with a piercing tool.  She also uses a score board to get the precise edges she needs. 

The end product is fun and unique!  Take a look and enjoy.
